Project Overview

Full Kitchen Gut & Rebuild

This Cape Coral homeowner wanted a complete kitchen transformation — not a cosmetic refresh. Legacy stripped the kitchen down to the studs, reconfigured the layout to open the space into the living area, and rebuilt everything from the ground up. New cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, updated plumbing and electrical, and new impact-rated windows over the sink.

The original kitchen was a closed-off galley layout that made the home feel smaller than it was. By removing the wall between the kitchen and living room and adding a waterfall island, the main floor now functions as one connected space. The project was completed in 5 weeks from demo to final walkthrough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recommend Legacy Construction to my clients all the time after helping obtain money from their insurance companies for them to fix their damaged properties. Jeremy and Mike (owners of Legacy) are honest, fairly priced and do great work. Everyone that I know who has used Legacy has nothing but good things to say about them. If you want an honest builder who will complete your work in a timely manner and with great results, reach out to Legacy.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My parents had been wanting hurricane impact windows, two sliders, and a new front door for their home, and Legacy Construction did a fantastic job making it happen. The team was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. The installation process was smooth, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The new windows and doors have not only added safety but also a fresh, updated look to their home. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Jeremy and Legacy Construction for anyone looking to upgrade with impact windows and doors!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. One word, Outstanding!! Is how I describe the quality and beautiful results Legacy Construction has done building my home. It’s everything and more of what my husband and I expected. Anytime I had a question, Jeremy responded quickly and would answer all my questions. I have shared with my family and friends about this company and would absolutely recommend Legacy Construction to everyone! You won’t go wrong and will be thrilled with any projects this company can do for you! Sherry W.
