This Cape Coral homeowner wanted a complete kitchen transformation — not a cosmetic refresh. Legacy stripped the kitchen down to the studs, reconfigured the layout to open the space into the living area, and rebuilt everything from the ground up. New cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, updated plumbing and electrical, and new impact-rated windows over the sink.
The original kitchen was a closed-off galley layout that made the home feel smaller than it was. By removing the wall between the kitchen and living room and adding a waterfall island, the main floor now functions as one connected space. The project was completed in 5 weeks from demo to final walkthrough.
