The team built a full aluminum screen enclosure around the existing pool area, replacing worn decking with fresh pavers set in a tight, uniform pattern. Rather than a purely cosmetic refresh, every material choice here was made with rental durability in mind — corrosion-resistant hardware, slip-resistant paver surfaces, and a mesh screen rated for regional wind exposure. The result is an outdoor space that looks sharp for showings and holds up between tenants.
